Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create a KlubCanine account. The app is not intended for use by children under 13.
AI health features
AI-powered pet health chat, emergency triage, and lab-report scanning are informational only and are not a substitute for professional veterinary care. In an emergency, always contact a licensed veterinarian.
User content & moderation
You retain ownership of your posts, comments, and photos on PawSpace. You grant us a license to display and moderate your content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our community standards.
Subscriptions
Premium is billed per pet. iOS subscriptions are managed by Apple; Android by Stripe. You may cancel any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Account termination
You may delete your account from in-app Settings. Deletion cascades your pet records, bookings, health logs, posts, comments, ad preferences, and active subscriptions.
